There have been reports of the possibility that a U. S. Border Patrol agent who went into the country to cross into the country to cross into the United States, could be putting Viagra on the border. An arrest warrant affidavit said that agent Robert Wiebe and another agent stopped at a convenience store in San Diego and seized two Viagra pills in a container, the affidavit said.
